Summer might be drawing to a close, but a late entry for song of the summer has just been released. Electronic duo One Bit (Jonty Howard and Joe Murphy) have teamed up with vocal powerhouse Louisa for their euphoric new single ‘Between You and Me’.

Armed with warm tropical synths and striking calypso beats, ‘Between You and Me’ is the perfect addition to any party playlist. Louisa’s sensational vocals, particularly in the soaring chorus, remind us that she is one of pop’s most exciting yet underrated talents, whilst One Bit’s energetic production will make you want to lose yourself in the music.

‘Between You and Me’ is Louisa’s latest dance collaboration, following on from ‘Tears’, her UK top five single with Clean Bandit. The songstress is also known for her own singles including ‘YES’, ‘Best Behaviour’ and ‘So Good’. The track is Louisa’s first offering since parting ways with Syco label and marks an exciting new start for her as an artist.

One Bit already have a great track record, with their previous smash hit, ‘My Way’ featuring Noah Cyrus, having garnered over 23 million streams. Following its release, ‘My Way’ received support from Radio 1 as their Tune of the Week and also appeared on 25 out of a possible 29 New Music Friday playlists on Spotify.

In addition to being artists in their own right, One Bit are prolific writers and producers, having co-written JP Cooper’s track ‘Closer’. The duo have also provided remixes for a number of artists including Chvrches, Hazers, Jeremy Lops, Dan Caplen, Tei Shi, and Etta Bond.

One Bit have already made a huge impression on the music industry and we have no doubt that their success will continue with their gargantuan new single.
